About Veradermics Veradermics is a late clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company revolutionizing dermatology and aesthetics through innovation and dedication to patient-centered solutions. Our mission is to develop first-in-class treatments that address common dermatologic conditions and improve quality of life. Our lead candidate, VDPHL01, is a non-hormonal oral therapeutic for androgenetic alopecia (AGA) and patterned hair loss (PHL). With Phase 2 and Phase 3 trials now underway, Veradermics is advancing toward transformative solutions for patients and redefining the standard of care in dermatology. In addition to VDPHL01, our pipeline is expanding to address widespread conditions like common warts and molluscum contagiosum. About the Role Veradermics is seeking a highly organized, execution-oriented Investor Relations & Corporate Communications Program Manager to serve as the operational hub for all investor-facing and corporate communication activities. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), this individual will manage project workflows and vendor coordination for investor relations and corporate communications, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of materials and messaging that support strategic company milestones. You’ll serve as the operational force behind our investor and external communications efforts, ensuring the CEO and CFO are equipped with the right materials, messaging, and timing to show up confidently in every investor and media-facing interaction. From investor decks and board preparation to stakeholder follow-ups, you’ll keep the strategy moving and the execution tight—so our executive team can focus on telling the Veradermics story. This role will also be responsible for vendor management key deliverables with external third parties supporting the Investor Relation and Corporate Communication efforts. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment and is energized by both detail-level execution and high-level impact. Investor Relations & Communications Program Management Serve as the internal lead for managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and coordination with external IR and corporate communications agencies. Own project management for investor conferences, board materials, press releases, media engagements, and investor days. Track investor and analyst interactions, maintain CRM-style engagement logs, ensure timely follow-up on action items and provide regular status updates to executive team. Support review and preparation of IR and PR content including investor decks, Q&A prep, bios, and messaging documentation. Maintain a current library of investor content and manage version control across materials and platforms (including the IR section of the website). Strategic Project Execution Manage select corporate projects related to business development or investor and corporate communications, in collaboration with the CFO and cross functional departments as appropriate. Build and maintain project plans with milestones, risks, owners, and cross-functional dependencies. Track progress across strategic initiatives and report regularly to senior leadership. Proactively flag delays, risks, or bottlenecks and drive resolution through structured follow-ups. Executive Support & Coordination Prepare executive-ready communications including investor meeting prep, strategic briefings, internal memos, and board-facing materials. Collaborate with the CEO and CFO to ensure they are equipped with timely, accurate materials and scheduling support for investor interactions. Attend key meetings to capture takeaways, assign next steps, and update project trackers accordingly. Handle sensitive information and investor-facing communications with the highest degree of discretion and professionalism. Skills and Qualifications 5+ years of experience in project management, investor relations operations, corporate communications, or executive support Experience coordinating or supporting investor relations and external communications workflows Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, deadline-driven projects from planning to completion Strong written and verbal communication skills tailored to executive audiences High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail in fast-paced environments Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Smartsheet, Monday.com) Familiarity with CRM systems or IR tracking tools PMP certification or equivalent training preferred Experience in a pre-IPO or investor-sensitive environment preferred Location This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in our New Haven office. Business travel, up to 30%, may be required depending on investor activity Salary and Benefits Veradermics provides a comprehensive compensation package that includes a base salary, annual performance bonus eligibility, and access to the employee stock option plan.
