Job Summary
The Compound Pharmacy Marketer will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive patient referrals, engage healthcare providers, and expand brand presence. This role requires a blend of sales expertise, relationship management, and knowledge of compounding pharmacy services.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and establish relationships with healthcare professionals (physicians, clinics, wellness centers, and other potential referral sources).
- Sales & Outreach: Conduct sales visits, presentations, and educational meetings to promote compounding pharmacy services.
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and patient engagement. Learn the market players and actively engage to drive new business.
- Account Management: Maintain and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction to retain current clients.
- Networking: Attend industry events and community engagements to build professional connections.
- Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Compliance & Regulations: Ensure all marketing efforts adhere to pharmaceutical regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, healthcare marketing, or compound pharmacy marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel locally to meet with clients and attend events.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
