Job Summary We are seeking entrepreneurial and creative individuals to elevate our communications function for our Xfinity products and services. This role will be primarily based in New York City and be part of the Content Production group. This group produces creative content for all channels including TV, digital, social, radio, in-store, print as well as extensive video production for various online and in-house needs. Job Description Most Days You: Produce work in an innovative way that enables ideas to thrive. Stay current on production partners that work with the agency's model of being agile and cost-effective, as well as delivering on creative excellence. Establish relationships with various members of our creative, account, and production teams. Work with teams to elevate the creative expectations of the client. Act as key point of contact for the client while in production, showing leadership, professionalism, and sensitivity in dealing with clients. Work in tandem with outside cost consultant on larger budget productions to ensure the best value for clients. Work closely with Business Affairs and outside third party to manage talent usage, rights, and other clearances. Seek production solutions that support the larger agency vision, financial objectives, and creative needs. Invest in and create opportunities for emerging production talent both at the agency and within the industry, including mentoring, training, and reviewing a team of producers. Have a strong grasp on the international production landscape to bring greater efficiency and creative excellence. Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Maintain regular, consistent and punctual attendance, able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. You Bring: 10 years' experience in production, required. Highly organized team leader, able to mentor and train. Solid expertise in partnering and developing relationships with non-traditional production vendors. Strong grasp of production strategies and able to modify and apply. Knowledge of existing & new content platforms constantly evolving. Above average written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a high-pressure work environment.
