Conduct qualitative research, including polling, surveys, focus groups, and interviews Collaborate with the quantitative team and have experience with quantitative research Manage a client portfolio, fostering relationships and bringing new clients to the agency while looking for organic growth opportunities Manage revenue and be a part of the leadership conversations overseeing the growth and direction of the agency Manage teams of junior employees with 8+ direct reports while overseeing larger work groups Utilize writing and language skills, brainstorming with colleagues, and creating strategies for clients Have knowledge and experience working within multiple industries A 3x a week hybrid schedule based in Manhattan
