Write, define, and champion the tone and voice of marketing copy across various channels, ensuring consistency and authenticity. Delivering on-strategy, on-target, and on-brand messages and ensuring other writers are doing the same Collaborate and Innovate:

Visionary Leader : Proven experience leading creative teams across advertising, product, content, and creative strategy workstreams. Dynamite Storyteller : Exceptional writing skills with the ability to craft compelling narratives across various forms and mediums. Empathetic Mentor : Strong people management skills with a track record of inspiring and developing creative talent. Strategic Thinker : Ability to translate strategic objectives into creative concepts that resonate with our audience. Collaborative Partner : Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing efforts, including Performance marketing. Innovative Creator : A portfolio showcasing award-winning work and a knack for pushing creative boundaries. Qualifications: 10+ years of experience in creative roles, with a focus on producing standout work for global brands. Experience directing copy, art direction, design, video, animation, and other creative disciplines. Demonstrated expertise in conceptual and strategically-led campaign development. Experience in both agency and in-house environments. Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure while maintaining speed and high attention to detail given shifting timelines, updates, and last-minute changes. Should have a strong operational mindset and vision for the team. Ability to provide and receive constructive feedback across creative disciplines. Strong presentation skills and attention to detail; presenting work on behalf of the team, explaining the creative vision, strategy and approach. Experience working with performance marketing and enterprise brands preferred. Experience developing and maintaining brand voice and tone guidelines. Understanding of performance marketing and its integration with creative strategy. Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Versatility in writing styles and tones, from short-form brand advertising & performance copy to longer-form editorial content.
