All In Credit Union is seeking candidates for a summer internship with our Marketing team. This internship is an opportunity to get experience in the finance industry unique to the credit union. This position will offer the opportunity to network within the Wiregrass community, participate with projects, and join in on community service events.
Responsibilities:
• Assist with the preparation of promotional campaigns through collaborative input during marketing meetings
• Learn to design and prepare professional marketing materials. Maintain Marketing Team Files with current print and media samples related to campaigns/promotions.
• Under the supervision of Marketing Manager, contribute to the growth of All In's social media presence and engagement, by updating and monitoring social media accounts and sharing ideas for social media campaigns.
• Assist Business Development Officers with communication channels, creating flyers, emails, newsletters and distributing supplies and promotional materials as needed.
• Fulfill requests for supplies and materials from branches, department and individuals
• Assist with event preparation including annual events and grand openings
• Research, price and evaluate promotional items as requested by Marketing Manager. Maintain and organize inventory and make suggestions for ordering as needed. Receive and distribute marketing promotional materials and supplies.
• Conduct market research and recommend product/service modification or improvements.
• Represent the credit union at designated credit union events.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
