Job Description
This role is responsible for providing marketing support to assigned RBU Health Platform to achieve revenue and profitability objectives, creating long-term strategic and short-term tactical marketing plans, and strengthening brands for enhanced business performance by creating PLC Management. He/She would also be responsible for managing Brands with various Marketing Campaigns and New Product Launches.
Our Animal Health Marketing team takes a customer-centric perspective using customer feedback and market intelligence data. Using this data, we design, develop and deploy products, platforms, brands, and marketing initiatives that ensure we can improve the health and well-being of animals everywhere.
Primary Responsibilities
- Creating long-term strategic and short-term tactical marketing plans for assigned portfolio.
- Supporting the field team with quarterly product promotion strategies and developing relevant inputs for the same.
- Collaborating with all stakeholders to execute marketing plans.
- Proposing budget for assigned platform/portfolio.
- Proposing and managing price changes.
- Managing Product Life Cycle (PLC) and New Product Planning/Launch.
- Aligning with global/regional/country strategies.
- Coordinating with cross functions and Global team.
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree in Veterinary Sciences.
- MBA Marketing preferred.
- Marketing experience in Animal Health (Ruminants/Cattle/Dairy) Business.
- Proven Product Portfolio Management qualities including Technical, Product & Market Knowledge, Market Share Mindset.
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English are preferred.
- Good networking skills.
