As an Experience Designer, you will be part of the creative department supporting innovative projects. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Experience Designer Location: Princeton, NJ - Hybrid work schedule Pay Range: $48 per hour (W2 Only) What's the Job? Create visually appealing designs that adhere to brand standards. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Transform complex data and text into engaging visual presentations. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to develop compelling narratives. Analyze and streamline design processes for efficiency and effectiveness. What's Needed? Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in design, with a strong portfolio. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Word.
