Job Overview: We are seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a generalist with a passion for marketing and have experience managing digital tools/assets. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support the entire marketing team with the execution of strategies across all disciplines, helping to drive brand awareness/engagement, consistent product and design tool information, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Support:
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and campaigns.Support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.Help create and edit marketing materials such as brochures, product collateral, and email campaigns.Utilize basic graphic design skills to produce visual content for digital and print media.Maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and budget tracking.Organize and manage marketing assets and resources.May assist in the layout and production of marketing collateral, including product and promotional materials.Coordinate logistics and prepare marketing materials for events.Digital Marketing:
Collaborate with the web team through creative agency to implement content updates and ensure seamless integration with the overall website design.Ensure all product and sustainability information on the company website is up-to-date and accurate.Regularly update website content, including product descriptions, images, specifications, and sustainability details.Coordinate digital components of marketing activities and assets, supporting alignment with social media and sustainability initiatives.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.1-2 years of experience in a marketing support role, preferably in the commercial flooring, commercial interiors, or building materials industry.Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.Basic proficiency working in digital web tools, marketing software and tools (such as CRM), email marketing, and social media platforms.Basic graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) a bonus.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and project management skills.Attention to detail and commitment to quality.Working Environment and Physical Efforts:
Work is typically performed in an office environment and the candidate needs to be able to move about the office environment.
