Job Description
The Henry Development Group along with Main Street Reimagined is hiring for a Marketing and Multimedia Specialist.
The Marketing and Multimedia Specialist plays a vital role in enhancing Henry Development Group's (HDG) and affiliate businesses brand presence and communication through creative content creation and strategic marketing initiatives. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong skills in both digital marketing and multimedia production. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for design, and a passion for real estate and small business..
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Marketing:
- Multi-Media Production
- Create engaging video content for various purposes (e.g., property tours, tenant testimonials, promotional videos)
- Capture and edit high-quality photos of properties and events
- Design visual elements for marketing materials, presentations, and online platforms.
- Assist in the production of audio content, such as podcasts or voiceovers, as needed.
- Social Media
- Develop engaging social media content (graphics, reels, photos, and posts) for various HDG platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts and monitoring engagement.
- Email
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns through MailChimp or other platforms, coordinating with HDG tenants for cross-promotion.
- Coordinate with external vendors for print, outdoor, and other advertising initiatives.
- Maintain and update online listings for HDG properties on platforms like LoopNet.
- Assist CMO in the development and implementation of marketing plans and strategies.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing reports and insights.
- Multi-Media Production
- Other:
- Provide general administrative support to the team such as managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
- Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or equivalent training preferred in Communications, Multimedia Production, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a marketing role and a portfolio of work preferred.
- Strong understanding of multimedia production, social media marketing, and buyer-focused content creation
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing software.
- 75% onsite, 25% remote
Pay: $22 - $27/hr based on experience
Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer
