Manage marketing and commercial strategy and execution for our distribution channel partners. Responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive distribution marketing plan incorporating regionalization to support global marketing initiatives. Create tools, training, programs, and campaigns to enable distribution commercial teams. Strategic partner for global and regional marketing teams. Plan, organize, and execute regional marketing and sales programs surrounding relevant regional product launches. Build and maintain ongoing communications with Regional Commercial Leadership, Regional Marketing peers, and Global Marketing teams. Work with relevant distribution marketing colleagues to forecast and measure the ROI for marketing campaigns and events. Gather, share, and leverage knowledge of the trends and competitive landscape to develop strategies to win in dynamic markets. Manage marketing budgets and demonstrate a high return on investment. Required Skills/Education:
Bachelor's degree required, Life Sciences area preferred. 5+ years of marketing experience in the life sciences market, preferably with direct experience in supporting distribution partners. Proven expertise in developing and driving comprehensive marketing strategies, value propositions, and portfolio messaging. Strong experience in demand and lead generation with measurable success in driving revenue. Experience working closely with market development, product management, R&D, and sales teams. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize effectively. Committed, diligent, and emotionally resourceful, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Strong understanding of the Life Science ecosystem and market trends. Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently. Salary and Benefits: For California, the base salary range for this position is $85,876 - $111,935. Compensation for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience, location, etc.).
