Pay Range: $94,000 - $104,000 K

The Project Manager, Marketing and Communications is responsible for to leading, coordinating, and delivering marketing and communications initiatives from conception to execution. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams and third-party vendors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure the successful implementation of marketing campaigns and projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality and brand standards. Work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align project goals and deliverables with business objectives. Manage the company's internal and external communication channels and social sites. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, assigning tasks and monitoring progress to avoid delays. Track project budgets, report on variances, and ensure cost-efficiency. Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and risks. Assisting or completing additional tasks as requested. Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication or related discipline Minimum of 3 years related experience. Experience in Healthcare is preferred Proof of eligibility to work in the United States 21+ years of age Proficient in Windows MS Office, Outlook Excellent collaboration and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tools. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Monday.com). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Budgeting and resource management expertise. Detail orientated and strong time management skills Highly organized with strong administrative skills. Effective coaching, influencing skills and conflict resolution skills. Must have a working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Power Point, MS Teams, Social Media apps Ability to maintain a professional manner and appearance at all times. Must be able to manage with a positive focus in a fast-paced environment Familiarity with project management methodologies. Creative mindset with project management awareness. Assists and/ or completes additional tasks as assigned Working Conditions:
