In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with our Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors to shape a vision for growth, enhance brand visibility, and foster deeper donor engagement, with the aim of significantly increasing our annual private funding. Your responsibilities will include managing a dedicated team and executing a wide array of comprehensive fundraising strategies including corporate and foundation partnerships, major and legacy giving, direct response initiatives, and special events. You will also set annual targets, devise innovative marketing strategies, and boost our organization's brand to engage a diverse, global audience effectively. To excel in this role, you should hold a bachelor’s or advanced degree along with at least 12 years of experience in leading high-performing development and communications teams within a nonprofit organization. We are looking for a visionary leader with excellent judgment, analytical skills, and a steadfast commitment to ethical standards.
