- Provide accurate insurance quotes and product recommendations to new and existing clients
- Ensure all practices are compliant with Farmers Insurance standards
- Build your pipeline through lead follow-up, networking, and marketing strategies
- Help clients find solutions that meet their personal and financial needs
Requirements
- A motivated, outgoing individual with a strong desire to succeed
- A quick learner who thrives in a team-oriented environment
- Someone who either holds or is willing to obtain a Property & Casualty or Life & Health license
- Must be able to pass a background and credit check
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or networking is a big plus
