Job Description :Responsibilities/Duties:• Grow the email channel to support device unit attainment goals.• Drive the creation and implementation of new automated email programs.• Build email campaigns and executing traffic-driving efforts to support sales of devices.• Develop robust A/B and MVT testing programs to optimize for sales and unit sell through.• Reporting on progress against goals and relevant email metrics to senior management.• ssist in the development of the vision and strategy for the email/CRM roadmap.• Creative asset production (in partnership with a dedicated design team)• Editing (XML, HTML) and publishing content to site via CMS
Qualifications:• 2+ years of experience designing and executing digital marketing campaigns, including email, on-device/mobile, and/or display• 1+ year of experience with Excel and capable of manipulating data in order to perform both high level and more granular analysis. This includes familiarity with VLookups, Pivot tables, and other such functionalities.• Experience in writing customer-facing copy that is on-brand, relevant, and tailored to the online customer• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with proven experience in coordinating teams and communicating to senior management• BA/BS required
Preferred Qualifications:• Experience managing large scale email marketing programs• Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting• Confident, self-motivated individual with strong, demonstrable bias for action• Proven ability to deliver results and prioritize tasks in a fast-moving, dynamic environment

Invent and simplify, bias for action• Required: Previous experience working with influencers and/or update to date on trends and industry.• Best: Past experience working with influencers, strong communication, detail oriented and organized, can meet deadlines, positive attitude and can adapt to an everchanging environment.• Red Flags: closed communication style, no knowledge of the influencer industry, and not upkeeping with industry trends or up-and-coming influencers• KPIs: execution on deliverables and deadlines
Top Skills:• 2+ years designing and executing digital marketing• 1+ Years of experience with advanced Excel functions (v look up, pivot tables)• BA/BS Required
