Strategic Partnerships:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with top Fashion brands, ensuring Flip Shop is their preferred partner.Industry Insight:
Leverage your extensive network to bring exclusive deals and partnerships to Flip Shop, enhancing our Fashion category offering.Category Leadership:
Drive the strategy for the Fashion category, working closely with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.Market Expansion:
Identify and capitalize on new opportunities for growth within the Fashion sector, staying ahead of industry trends and consumer preferences.Brand Champion:
Serve as the face of Flip Shop’s Fashion category, representing our brand at industry events, conferences, and in media.Requirements
Industry Expertise:
Proven experience in senior roles such as COO, Chief Partnership Officer, VP of Supply Chain, or similar at leading fashion brands.Network:
An extensive network within the fashion industry, knowing key players across all major brands.Strategic Vision:
Ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for the Fashion category, driving growth and market penetration.Leadership:
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing high-performing teams and fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.Results-Driven:
Demonstrated ability to deliver results and drive business growth through strategic partnerships and category management.Passion:
A deep passion for the Fashion industry and a commitment to staying ahead of market trends and consumer preferences.Location:
Based out of our Los Angeles HQ.
$120,000 - $150,000 a yearBase salary and total compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. Please note the base salary is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include equity, bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and other progressive benefits.
