Base pay range

$85,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Our client is an exciting agency based in NYC whose influencer marketing team is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Social Content Strategist. Reporting into the VP, this is a hybrid role that combines the strategic planning of social content across various social media platforms while also being responsible for creating engaging and visually appealing content that aligns with the brand's message and goals for an array of activations for global clients in the fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle sectors.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and implement social media content strategies, including content calendars, posting schedules, and engagement tactics with a strong sense of social trends and performance.
• Create and curate engaging content including produced images, videos & graphics as well as creator led content for different social media platforms.
• Ensures that all social media content aligns with the brand's overall messaging, voice, and visual identity.
• Optimizes content for each platform to maximize reach and engagement, taking into account platform-specific best practices and trends.
• Tracks social media performance, analyzes data, and provides reports to inform content strategy and optimize campaigns. Identifies opportunities for paid amplification.
• Collaborates with other team members across content & event production divisions as well as influencer marketing team to identify and propose social content opportunities.
• Remains up-to-date on the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Adept at building eye catching and persuasive proposals and building strong relationships with clients.

REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 3-5 years’ experience in creative strategy, marketing/advertising, or creator marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
