About us : Fellowship Square - Mesa is an Assisted Living Community located in East Mesa near Main Street and S Power Rd! We are about 5 minutes away from both the 60 and 202 freeways, close to parks, shopping, and hospitals. Our campus has been proudly providing services to our seniors for more than 25 years! About you : We are looking for a Marketing Associate to assist the Admissions Coordinator with marketing, inquiry calls, touring prospective residents, as well as filing and data entry. This is an inside sales position, and we are seeking an energetic, compassionate, go-getter to highlight the perks and benefits of living and thriving in our community to prospective residents! Prior experience in Assisted Living or a related field is a plus! What you get : Generous paid time off for both part-time and full-time staff, including paid sick leave. Responsibilities Achieve established marketing goals. Receive inquiries, schedule and conduct tours with prospective residents, and close leads to facilitate move-ins. Input and maintain the marketing database. Follow-up using phone calls, emails, letters, cards, and distribution of marketing materials. Qualify prospects financially and for appropriateness to live in Assisted Living and Memory Care. Assist with events for both in-house residents and marketing to prospects. Qualifications Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, capable of multi-tasking, and have a desire to help seniors. Ideal candidate will possess 2+ years' experience in assisted living/memory care. Minimum of 2 years' prior experience in leasing and customer service required. Must have at least a high school diploma. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with the senior market. Ability to represent the organization professionally at all times.
