We are seeking a Manager of Medical Writing, Payer, and Health Systems to join our team on a hybrid basis. This role primarily involves medical writing and collaboration with cross-functional teams to provide scientific responses to inquiries from clients. The ideal candidate will be a PharmD, MS, or someone with a relevant fellowship, who can analyze and synthesize data to generate scientific responses. Prior experience in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare, and payer-regulated environments is highly desirable.
- Location: Hybrid (Titusville, NJ) - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote
- Pay: $78.25/hour
- Duration: 12-month contract (with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance)
- Travel: 10% domestic travel

- Analyze and interpret medical data to craft scientifically accurate responses to client inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with Medical Affairs and Legal departments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Work with various internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity in all medical communications.
- Participate in domestic travel as needed (10%).
- Function both independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals.
- Education: MS or equivalent in Pharmacy or related science field required. Advanced degree (PharmD or PhD) preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in Medical Information is a must.
- Payer-regulated experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Healthcare industry is required.
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team settings.
- Medical writing expertise is mandatory.
- Real-world experience is a plus.
