Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Senior Designer role located in Hayward, CA at Better Source. The Senior Designer will be responsible for creating innovative office furniture designs, collaborating with the product development team, prototyping designs, and ensuring design quality and functionality. The role will involve working closely with stakeholders to bring creative concepts to life and contributing to the overall design aesthetic.
Qualifications
Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite and Autodesk AutoCAD
Experience in product design and development
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills
Knowledge of industry trends in office furniture design
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
