Job Responsibilities:
- Own our field marketing strategy and roadmap, starting with North America.
- Design standout event experiences that bring our technology to life.
- Hit ambitious event-driven pipeline targets, including lead generation goals and ROI metrics.
- Build efficient event processes from lead capture to sales handoff, working closely with Operations on lead handing and follow-up.
- Work with Sales to refine our event strategy and boost pipeline quality.
- Team up with Product Marketing to develop compelling content across our booth, keynotes, and speaking slots.
- Own field marketing budget, vendor relationships, and strategic event partnerships.
Minimum Requirements:
- 8+ years marketing experience, with 4+ years running field marketing programs.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline through events, with a history of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Deep experience building lead generation programs that deliver real business results.
- Successfully managed significant event budgets with clear impact on revenue.
- Sharp analytical mind and data-driven approach to measuring event success.
