ESC has an exciting opportunity for a
Product Marketing Manager
working
hybrid in San Francisco, CA or Culver City, CA
to support our premier client's music marketing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with digital or content marketing, and paid media or product marketing. This is a
12-month
contract role
that offers experience working with an artist driven team in a fun role, collaborating on campaigns with top platinum artists.
Responsibilities:
Project manage end-to-end campaign execution between department initiatives Create and maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation Coordinate cross-functional teams including In-App Messaging, Outbound, Browse Home and Landing Pages Track campaign KPIs and provide regular status updates to stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks to campaign success Ensure alignment between department messaging and objectives Identify challenges within O&O channels, and onboard new processes/tools to improve operational efficiency Building an experience roadmap between two teams. Bridge the gap between the team to allow them to build better project roadmaps. Required Skills:
4+ years of digital marketing or content marketing and performance marketing Paid media or product marketing experience required Bachelor's degree in marketing or PM or related field Proven track record managing complex multi-channel marketing campaigns Strong understanding of content and performance marketing campaigns Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, JIRA) anything that is an intake process format Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong reporting, analytical and problem-solving abilities - quick sight. PMP certification or equivalent Experience managing partner marketing programs Knowledge of marketing automation platforms Background in music or entertainment industries
