What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Plan, develop, organize, write, and edit technical documents and manuals for various audiences
- Research and document technical specifications and test scripts
- Collaborate with technical staff to ensure accurate interpretation of complex data
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of documents while adhering to deadlines
- Manage multiple tasks and respond quickly to emergent problems
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years of technical communication experience with a focus on customer needs
- Proficiency in writing, editing, and preparing clear technical guides and manuals
- Strong experience with MS Office and desktop publishing tools
- High standards of quality and attention to detail
