Employee Benefits

The Reis-Nichols health plan features a Health Savings Account (HSA), which is a tax-advantage medical savings account. The plan also includes a prescription drug card feature for convenience and discounts. Coverage includes routine, preventative and major care, as well as orthodontics coverage.

Benefits include annual eye examinations and lenses. Eyeglass frames are provided every two years. A minimal co-pay is required.

The Reis-Nichols sponsored 401k plan enables employees to plan for their future by saving in a well-diversified plan with multiple fund options. Reis-Nichols provides a discretionary employee match on an annual basis.

Reis-Nichols offers both short and long term disability insurance to employees unable to work as a result of a non-work related illness or injury. This benefit is offered to the employee at no cost.

At Reis-Nichols, we recognize the need for time away from the job through paid vacation time. We also recognize eight holidays during the year and offer five personal days of leave per year.

After 90 days of employment, associates are eligible for generous discounts on fine jewelry and watches.
