Specific duties and responsibilities:
- Quick and knowledgeable floral designer trained in all aspects of floral design
- Ability to take clients vision and create stunning floral designs
- Knowledgeable on flower costs and trends
- Assists in daily processing of flowers and everyday shop maintenance
- Works with cash and credit card purchases accurately in a sales environment using designated equipment and technologies.
- Attends and participates in training sessions, staff meetings and special events or assignments.
- Must be able to work more hours during holidays and peak times
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience
- New Jersey driver's license with clean driving record
- Experience in creating event, wedding and daily orders
- Computer skills, proficiency using standard office software
- Team oriented and friendly
- Flexible schedule
