What You Will Do in This Role:
- Manage and maintain the advertising efforts for used equipment.
- Manage the Cat Used Listings along with all syndicated advertising.
- Work with equipment inspectors to represent the equipment accurately for positive customer experience.
- Partnering with the Sales Team to identify strategies for increasing market share and improving the experience for the customer.
- Provide support for the used equipment sales force.
- Identify equipment markets and how to best advertise to reach those markets.
- Participate in and support the development of the Used Equipment marketing plan and sales forecasts.
- Work with the parts, service, yard, and rental departments to ensure proper support of used equipment.
- Assist in the used equipment evaluation process. Including but not limited to: Trade values, inventory reprices, valuation of used fleet purchases, consignment evaluation, and customer fleet evaluations.
- Assist with the consignment and need-to-locate functions and process.

- Ability to effectively communicate with managers, employees, and customers
- Positive customer service
- Familiarity with equipment market - and its uses and industry needs
What Will Put You Ahead:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Prior sales or advertising experience
