Overview
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for the company. This includes identifying target markets, developing marketing campaigns, and managing the marketing budget. In addition, the Director will be responsible for writing proposals and helping identify specific ways to win business for the company.
This position is based in Philadelphia and requires in-office attendance. The Director will work closely with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives and will be responsible for driving leads and sales through effective marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive leads and sales for the companyIdentify target markets and develop marketing campaigns to reach those marketsManage the marketing budget and track the effectiveness of marketing effortsCollaborate with the leadership team to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectivesManage a team of marketing professionals, including hiring and training new team members as neededStay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and incorporate this knowledge into marketing effortsOversee the development and execution of marketing materials, including brochures, website content, social media campaigns, and email marketingWrite proposals and help identify specific ways to win business for the companyAnalyze data and metrics to measure the success of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvementQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related fieldA minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership roleExperience in the architecture and engineering industry is a plusStrong understanding of marketing principles and strategiesExcellent leadership and team management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsProficiency in marketing software and tools, such as marketing automation platforms and analytics toolsFamiliarity with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, is a plusMust be able to work in-office in Philadelphia
