RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop innovative packaging concepts through research, understanding consumer trends, and analyzing the online and retail landscapes.
- Collaborate with experienced packaging designers, engineers, and copywriters to learn and optimize the toy packaging design process.
- Conceptualize ideas verbally and through rough sketches; create mood boards, sketch logos, and layout graphics.
- Perform competitive analysis and assist other designers in project development and design communication.
- Effectively communicate product strategies and features through innovative package design and copy.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
- Strong creative thinking, good communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Demonstrated growth mindset: staying curious, embracing challenges, and continuously improving.
- 5 + years experience in consumer product packaging design that includes accessories and/or tech accessories exp
- Able to work in office Monday - Friday
