Overview
Oversee marketing budgets and spending across various markets.
Coordinate and execute marketing and sales initiatives such as culinary events, promotions, and meetings.
Act as the marketing leader for strategic center-led initiatives, including product launches and customer events.
Provide guidance and support to leadership to enhance the effectiveness of marketing programs and local initiatives.
Manage marketing efforts focused on driving sales growth, account penetration, and profitability.
Evaluate local sponsorships and partnerships, assisting in acquiring advertising materials for local media.
Implement and execute centralized marketing activities, ensuring all materials are tailored to local needs.
Create marketing communication materials for local activities using company-approved templates and best practices.
Communicate local promotional outcomes to the sales team, utilizing analytics provided by the center.
Make recommendations to leadership for enhancing marketing event results.
Collaborate with the sales team to execute marketing initiatives aimed at driving sales.
Ensure compliance with brand standards when creating local marketing materials.
Provide sales teams with product positioning materials and training resources.
Encourage the use of approved social media platforms and internal communication tools.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
SUPERVISION Marketing Coordinator (in select areas only) RELATIONSHIPS Internal: Director of Field Marketing, VP National Sales, Area Merchandising Team, Food Fanatics Chef, Specialists External: Management at venues and hotels for events WORK ENVIRONMENT Onsite:
Expected to work in the office from Monday to Friday.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5 years of marketing experience.
Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
Excellent skills in prioritization and time management.
Solid understanding of marketing principles.
Ability to foster and maintain productive working relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Competent in making independent and sound decisions.
Proficient communication skills.
Experience working with content management and online marketing systems.
Self-motivated and proactive.
Advanced internet skills are highly desirable.
Willingness to travel up to 20% overnight.
EDUCATION Minimum of a four-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or advertising.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; familiarity with Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and social media platforms.

The expected salary range for this role is between $75,000.00 and $105,000.00. This position is also eligible for an annual incentive bonus.
