Your role
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to develop and present innovative creative concepts that align with client briefs, exceeding expectations
- Manage all aspects of event production, including budgets, timelines, and logistics
- Lead and inspire a team of creative production professionals, including producers, technical specialists and other creative talents, to deliver high-quality and impactful experiences
- Work cross-functionally with other departments such as strategy, production and technology to ensure seamless integration of the creative vision
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions and ideation processes to generate innovative concepts that push the boundaries of traditional event production
- Handle RFPs and RFIs in collaboration with the Director of Account Services, Creative Director, and Managing Director
- Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate creative direction and project progress
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the event and experiential industry
- Identify and proactively address potential challenges, ensuring smooth execution and overcoming obstacles
- Sourcing, liaising, and coordinating with third-party suppliers and vendors
- Manage budgets using a global ERP system
- Collaborate with the Head of Production to forecast staffing requirements and manage resources
- Develop and maintain vendor and freelance talent relationships to ensure access to the best available talent and competitive pricing
- Solid experience as a Senior Creative Producer or seasonal Executive Producer within the events and experiential industry
- A strong portfolio showcasing successful event and experiential campaigns that demonstrate creativity, innovation, and strategic insight
- Demonstrated success in executing high-profile events with a focus on creativity and impact
- In-depth understanding of event production processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and logistics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate creative concepts to clients and team members
- Ability to lead and motivate teams, mentoring junior staff through challenging assignments and constructive feedback
- Passion for innovation and pushing creative boundaries
- Strong grasp of brand strategy and storytelling
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, managing multiple projects independently or within a team
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
