Our Digital Commerce Department is looking for a Web Producer to provide oversight and participate in our requirement gathering and quality assurance for our digital platforms. LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience
SUMMARY: Work with our in-house Digital Commerce, Design, and IT departments to generate detailed requirement documents to improve user experience and conversions within Heritage's range of web and mobile app products, and utilize a thorough testing regimen during implementation and roll-out. Projects will range from normal site maintenance and upgrades to large scale new features and products.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in the development and implementation of changes to the company website, mobile apps, and related products.
- Perform quality assurance regimens to ensure high quality deployments.
- Collaborate with IT and internal clients.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 4+ years of experience as a web producer or quality assurance expert, and a working knowledge of web and mobile app development required.
- Experience with JIRA, TestRail, or similar project management and testing software.
- A passion for continuing education and the application of AI and automation in workflows.
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: Individual must be able to work independently and manage productivity to meet tight turnaround deadlines.
