We’re on the hunt for a Director of Marketing & Communication—a dynamic, design-savvy strategist who can elevate our brand, energize our membership, and bring our club culture to life across every platform.

What You'll Do

• Be the brand ambassador of the Club—creating unforgettable marketing experiences for our members.
• Design and direct all things visual: from jaw-dropping digital content to showstopping print materials.
• Curate communications for everything from signature events and seasonal menus to heartfelt member moments.
• Lead social media and email strategy with creative campaigns that capture attention and engagement.
• Shape stories that celebrate the community, culture, and experiences unique to DC Ranch.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure cohesive messaging and top-tier member service.
• Manage relationships with outside creatives—photographers, designers, PR firms—and bring your bold ideas to life.
• Be present and camera-ready at Club events to capture our community in action.
  
  

You Bring

• At least a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a closely related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in marketing and communication, preferably in hospitality, private clubs, or luxury lifestyle brands.
• Graphic design expertise (bonus points for web design chops!).
• A portfolio that proves you're not just good—you’re exceptional.
• Mastery of CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and social media strategy.
• A collaborative mindset, an eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities like a pro.
