Compensation: $65,000 – $80,000 annually (including performance and winning bonuses)

Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time Marketing Communications Manager with strong bilingual skills (Korean/English) and deep experience in both online and offline marketing. This role will be fully based in our Costa Mesa office and will serve as a core member of our client services team, managing integrated campaigns for Korean brands operating in the U.S. market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing initiatives including brand strategy, influencer programs, content creation, and experiential activations
- Serve as the primary liaison with Korean clients and HQ teams, ensuring smooth cross-border communication and alignment
- Manage campaign timelines, deliverables, and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee execution across digital (social, paid, influencer) and physical (events, retail, OOH) channels
- Represent Urban Creator in client-facing settings and drive performance-focused reporting
- Contribute to client growth and retention by proactively identifying campaign opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing or communications (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Fluency in Korean and English is required – both verbal and written
- Deep understanding of Korean brand culture and how to adapt messaging for U.S. audiences
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Hands-on experience with both digital platforms and offline activations
- Highly collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-service focused
Preferred
- Background in global brand marketing or cross-cultural campaigns
- Experience with influencer marketing, event production, or multicultural media strategy
- Prior experience working with Korean HQ teams or Korean consumer brands in the U.S.
