Our Impact:

• Our team is responsible for supporting the Single-Family Seller/Servicer Guide, including CMS upkeep, coding documents into HTML, and improving overall usability.
• We work with government mandated and time-specific announcements.
• We evaluate and implement innovative new processes and technology to modernize the information displayed on the Guide.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be an integral part of the Guide team and will be expected to:

• Work closely with digital strategy to understand the current and intended future state of the Guide.
• Learn the ins and outs of our CMS and how we manage content.
• Occasionally assist in executing HTML/CSS coding assignments.
• Execute coding assignments in conjunction with other resources.
• Collaborate with the team to test new development releases.
• Provide ideas and innovative ways to transform and improve processes and user experience on the Guide.

Qualifications:

• College Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience with Oracle CMS preferred.
• Experience with PHP based websites preferred.
