Job Summary At The Porch, Server Expeditors are the backbone of our high service standards. Server Expeditors must practice genuine hospitality by having great floor presence & table side manner as they have direct contact with almost every guest! Essential functions must be performed in a timely manner. Server Expeditors are expected to perform any other tasks as directed by their supervisors. Communication between servers, food runners & the kitchen is extremely important. Additionally, the food runner is responsible for knowing all menu items and serving these items in a professional manner. Essential Functions
Assist Servers, Managers, & Chefs in all areas of service Know & proudly serve all of The Porch menu items Follow the Steps of Service Opening doors & pulling out chairs for guests Run hot and cold food Complete Manager requested tasks Standing and/or walking - 100% of time. Occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs and frequently lifting up to 20 lbs.
