The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, is self-assured, and thrives in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities. Must possess excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through lead generation, referrals, and networking. You will need at least 2+ years of experience in cultivating sales and building relationships, preferably in the media/print industry but not required.

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will work within a territory consisting of small and mid-sized businesses (Prospecting B2B with companies under 1,000 employees). The Valpak Iconic Blue Envelope is designed to increase sales for our clients. We plan personalized marketing campaigns using data and analytics to reach targeted customers. We combine the Blue Envelope with postcards and digital products to deliver comprehensive marketing campaigns for maximum results.

• Competitive earnings including base salary plus uncapped commissions, approximately $60,000 - $70,000 in your first year. Earnings potential increases as your book of business grows.
