Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.In this position, your responsibilities include upkeep of the GVA Intranet, management of recurring calls and meetings, social media management, coordination between vendors, blog creation and posting, and advisor and employee gifts.The functions are time-sensitive and require high attention to detail. Strong writing skills are essential. The position requires effective communication skills, workflow management, and working seamlessly between teams.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES As the firm’s Marketing Associate you can expect to display competency in the following areas:Report to the Director of Marketing – develop, adhere to, and execute business plans balancing your time between multiple tasks and meeting deliverable dates.Knowledge of eMarketing, and the ability to follow schedules, and build & deploy emails as needed. You will also collect material and build/deploy the weekly eNewsletter.Knowledge of Social Marketing, with again the ability to follow a schedule and create posts across platforms. You will post content 4-5x per week.Add and remove new employees and advisors to email marketing lists and call invitations.Act as the production manager on video and podcasts shoots, ensuring content is appropriate. You’ll then post and promote the content gathered from our video production team.Quickly and accurately provide answers to ad-hoc requests. A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business – alternative fields of study will be considered.2-5 years of marketing experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook is required.Experience with Salesforce, MailChimp, Adobe, GoogleAds, and video production is ideal, but not required.Experience in the advisory or RIA space is ideal, but not required.Experience with Salesforce, Orion Advisor Services, and Orion Risk Intelligence.High attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks at the same time while meeting deadlines is a must.Demonstrate professional, ethical, and courteous conduct in responsibilities and dealings with clients, prospects, COIs, colleagues, and other business entities with which Great Valley Advisor Group has a relationship.Benefits:
