The Media Strategist will take ownership of all media channels and lead the planning, development, and execution of our digital advertising initiatives. This position will leverage digital platforms to engage our community and promote our mission and brand.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Develop and implement comprehensive media plans tailored to support our church's objectives and initiatives, ensuring alignment with our target audience and values.Lead project management efforts for all digital platforms, overseeing timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure projects are executed smoothly and efficiently.Continually manage, implement, and champion best practices of our SEO strategy.Supervise and manage a team of creative specialists, including the social media coordinator and photographer.Manage the implementation of weekend content, including sermon clips, quote graphics, worship clips, recap videos, etc.Manage content updates for the Northview App.Manage and own the strategy for Northview Church Online.Provide copywriting for all church emails and miscellaneous projects as needed.Coordinate with internal teams to create compelling content and assets that resonate with our audience and effectively communicate our message.Cultivate relationships with media partners and vendors to drive campaign performance and secure optimal placements.Monitor campaign performance and analytics, utilizing data-driven insights to evaluate effectiveness and make strategic recommendations for improvement.Stay informed of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our media strategies and offerings continually.Help edit and oversee all content for projects that require original printed materials for discipleship and informative purposes.Respond to email and voicemail within 24 hours.Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position provides oversight to the social media coordinator and photographer. This role also works with volunteers and must understand that volunteers are critical to the communications ministry.
