Solid understanding of design principles: The candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and user experience (UX) design. This knowledge is crucial for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs that align with brand standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills: Effective communication and collaboration are essential for working in cross-functional teams. The candidate should be able to communicate their ideas clearly, actively participate in discussions, and work collaboratively with colleagues and the Creative Director. Knowledge of ADA-compliant design is desired. Adept at motion graphics and animation, understanding of good UX/UI design, basic HTML, and social media principles.
