Second Personal/Social Media Assistant to Influencer

Salary: Up to $80K based on experience + Benefits

A leading influencer and entrepreneur with ventures in fashion, podcasting, speaking, jewelry, and a book deal seeks a Second Assistant to join her growing team. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and well-versed in social media, fashion, and content creation. You’ll assist in administrative tasks, errands, and social media management, working closely with the Lead Executive Assistant/COS to maintain and grow the brand. Must have a passion for fashion, enjoy being very busy, and be tech-savvy with content creation tools. This is a warm environment but requires someone hard working and detailed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare the principal for meetings and engagements.
• Run errands, manage deliveries, and provide personal assistance.
• Assist with social media content creation, posting, and engagement.
• Support events, product launches, and business activities.
• Keep the office and events organized.
• Help strategize business growth and new ventures.
• Collaborate with the Lead Executive Assistant to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• 1-4 years in a similar role, preferably in influencer, entertainment, or fashion industries.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in social media platforms and content tools like Canva, Lightroom, InShot, CapCut, Planoly, etc.
• Ability to take initiative and anticipate needs.
• Flexible with working hours, including weekends.
