What We Need
We seek a dynamic Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to build and lead a top-tier marketing organization. Reporting directly to the CEO , you will leverage your strategic mindset and data-driven insights to craft high-impact initiatives. You’ll shape, implement, and optimize go-to-market strategies and brand activation to drive measurable growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own the overarching marketing vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with Arootah’s broader business goals
- Oversee the development and execution of go-to-market plans for multiple business lines, products, and services
- Inspire a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with executive leadership, leveraging your expertise to strengthen Arootah’s market position and brand recognition
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Experience: 12+ years in marketing with progressive leadership roles; at least 5 years managing teams at the Director level or above (CMO, SVP, or equivalent); B2B and/or B2C marketing experience targeting alternative investment managers, family offices, or investment-focused audiences; demonstrated success in the alternative investments, coaching, or wellness sector is a plus; hands-on experience with analytics and ad platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads Manager); strong knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce)

This is a remote position (though we expect this person to be based in the NYC Metro area), and we are a fully remote organization at present other than meetings in NYC and seminars and various events/networking opportunities that are done in NYC and elsewhere. Estimated Compensation: $200,000 – $250,000 base salary + performance-based incentives + participation in our Revenue Sharing & Equity Plan (RSEP)—a unique wealth-building program that offers revenue-sharing distributions and equity participation, aligning incentives and enabling all employees to share in the company’s ongoing success and potential future liquidity events.
