The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the employee benefits space, excellent sales and negotiation skills, and a passion for helping businesses create competitive benefits packages for their employees.
Prospect, develop, and manage a book of business by building strong relationships with business owners, HR professionals, and decision-makers.
Identify client needs and provide strategic employee benefits solutions, including group health, dental, vision, disability, and other voluntary benefits.
Work closely with account managers and carriers to ensure seamless implementation and servicing of benefits programs.
Strong sales, networking, and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
