The Role
The Creative Designer develops marketing materials such as direct mail, digital media, print collateral, and signage for the corporate team and affiliates. The role requires attention to detail and strong creative skills to communicate ideas while maintaining brand standards. Responsibilities include supporting the creative team to complete projects as requested by Marketing leadership.
Responsibilities
- Translate high-level ideas into compelling marketing assets, adhering to brand guidelines.
- Develop projects from start to finish, optimized for multiple mediums (print, web, social, mobile, email, video).
- Produce digital media including motion graphics for displays, social media, and websites.
- Organize and archive design projects following company standards.
- Communicate effectively and timely with leadership.
- Introduce creative ideas to build and maintain brand standards.
- Use project management tools to organize and meet deadlines.
- Work independently under tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks.
- Complete tasks assigned by department leaders.
- Participate in meetings and brainstorm sessions with various business partners.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and address issues proactively.
- Contribute to operational goals and prioritize needs effectively.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of graphic design experience, with a portfolio demonstrating talent and innovation.
- 2+ years in an agency or in-house creative department (preferred).
- Experience in Casino Marketing (a plus).
- Expertise in Mac software (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator); After Effects and Premiere are a plus.
- Excellent typography skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to read/write/create specs for digital and print.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must obtain and maintain a State Gaming License.

Salary Range
- $55,000 annually.
