- Full time employment
- Work schedule: 7-30 a.m. - 4-30 p.m. CST (Mon -Fri); Saturday: 7a.m.-1 p.m.

- Schedule service appointments, manage service orders in Fullbay
- Check, control and fixe technicians work orders for accuracy
- Notate all the damages, makes photos before and after repairs
- Make calls to collect outstanding balances
- Make warm calls to drive more business into the shop
- Complete additional tasks assigned by Customer Relations Manager and/or General Manager
- Promote and sells additional services and equipment
- Collect, track and analyze shop efficiency
- Boost sales, improve customer service and internal KPIs
- Language: English & preferably Russian
- Be a team player and communicate professionally with technicians on a daily basis
- Customer service oriented
- Have sales drive to promote and sell additional services and equipment
