Description
As a Sr. Product Marketing Manager driving Go To Market (GTM) strategies, you will be a key member of the Audience Development Marketing team. Your responsibilities include developing and executing GTM strategies for Amazon Music's artist, content, and music industry fan experiences. We seek a creative and strategic product marketer with a strong understanding of the optimal customer mobile app experience. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers to set product roadmaps, develop, and launch new features that surprise, delight, and engage our customers. Additionally, you will work with marketing teams (social, brand, paid channels, promotions, etc.) to create global GTM strategies that increase feature awareness, adoption, and retention across all devices.
This role requires comfort with ambiguity, earning trust across teams and leadership, influencing others, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, high creativity, independence, flexibility, and attention to detail are essential. The role is global but involves working with regional teams to adapt strategies for local markets and comply with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable and repeatable GTM strategies for product launches.
- Conduct customer research to gather insights and improve brand positioning.
- Oversee cross-channel marketing plans to build awareness and engagement.
- Partner with product teams to develop roadmaps that increase MAUs and listening hours.
- Collaborate with Artist Relations to integrate content into the customer experience.
- Create compelling GTM creative assets in collaboration with creative teams.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6+ years of marketing experience.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficiency with Excel or Tableau.
- Experience scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience leading GTM for consumer software or hardware launches.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SQL or analytical tools.
- Knowledge of customer segmentation and targeting.

Our compensation varies by geographic location, with a range from $128,600 to $212,600 annually, based on experience and market factors.
