Are you a creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for interior design? Do you thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? The team at Noah Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Design Manager to support both their design and marketing teams.
Job Description
We are looking for someone with upbeat energy who is highly organized, self-motivated, and has a strong eye for design. The role responsibilities will include interior design planning, project management, design rendering, home staging, showroom management, material sourcing and more. If you have a background in interior design and a desire to learn and grow, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Create conceptual plan drawings and 3D presentations of design
- Document product selection and project details using appropriate forms
- Prepare and execute full field documentation of space planning
- Stage model units with furniture and accessory placement
- Organize and maintain design showroom
- Conduct research on design trends, materials, and products to assist in the design process
- Assist with purchasing and procurement of products and materials
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
The skills and traits important for this position are:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Offer creative and innovative ideas to projects
- Thrive in a face paced environment
- Successfully manage multiple projects at the same time
- Reliable transportation
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, 3ds Max, Revit, AutoCad or similar design programs to create 3D renderings
- Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or equivalent
