Job Summary: We are seeking a confident, charismatic On-Air Talent / Sales Representative to represent our growing family of wellness brands via livestream selling platforms such as TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, and Instagram Live. You’ll serve as the face of our products—connecting with audiences in real-time, educating them on features, and driving conversions through personality and authenticity.

The perfect candidate has prior experience in influencer collectives , livestream selling , or home shopping networks (e.g., QVC, HSN), and understands how to balance performance with sales. This role is full-time and based in Santa Rosa, CA, with performance bonuses tied to viewer engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Host frequent livestream sales sessions across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, and Instagram.
• Present products in a fun, knowledgeable, and engaging way to drive audience trust and conversions.
• Respond to live audience questions, comments, and objections in real time.
• Monitor live analytics and adjust performance strategies to improve sales.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content team to plan show structure, products to feature, and promotions.
• When not live:
• Plan and schedule future livestream sessions with marketing leads.
• Film B-roll and UGC-style short content for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Help generate creative ideas for new hooks, scripts, and campaign content.
• Assist with set preparation, product staging, and brand storytelling angles.
• Work toward weekly sales goals with commissions tied to performance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has experience as a livestream host, product demonstrator, or social media content creator.
• May have worked with influencer farms, TikTok Shop creator programs, or shopping networks like QVC/HSN.
• Naturally engaging, confident, and able to sell through storytelling.
• Passionate about wellness and beauty, with a sincere interest in clean products.
• Highly organized and able to take initiative when planning upcoming content.
• Knows how to “go live” and keep a digital audience engaged—even with curveballs.

Requirements:

• On-camera experience required—preferably in a sales or social media capacity.
• Strong verbal communication and ability to adapt to live feedback.
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Instagram Live.
• In-studio availability in Orange, CA.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment with daily content goals.
• Self-motivated, creative, metrics-driven, and eager to grow with a mission-focused company.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,819.00 - $64,752.00 per year + Bonus
