Create superior quality photographic images to support our brands marketing asset needs. Deliver creative solutions to effectively realize brand creative marketing needs through photography. Meet and exceed quality and productivity standards, with a continuous improvement mindset. Maintain cross functional relationships with both studio operational and brand creative partners; Uphold the company and brand culture and create an inclusive environment where partners feel valued, appreciated, and a sense of belonging. Consider the customer experience throughout the production process, and support consistent delivery of brand partners intended customer experience. Experience working in a high volume photo production environment with a proven track record and experience in creating a diverse range of commercial photography assets. Experienced with video capture techniques and equipment and adept in digital photography equipment and processes necessary to bring creative concepts to life. Detail oriented, organized, and self motivated with demonstrated decision making skills necessary to deliver multiple projects with competing deadlines. Must be able to move equipment up to 50lb across the studio.
