The Team & Role
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Partner with product & engineering leadership to bring our mission to life and set longer-term direction for the product.
- Develop and grow a top-tier product design team.
- Talk to customers regularly to stay close to feedback.
- Obsess over usability and champion high quality design across the platform.
- Roll up your sleeves and dive into complex projects alongside your team.
About You:
- You have 4+ years of experiencing managing a product design team.
- You have 7+ years experience in product design.
- You possess strong craft demonstrated through a portfolio, illustrating deep understanding of complex workflows built for multiple personas.
- You’re a natural owner and act with urgency: nothing is too small or outside your job description, and are excited by our core value of velocity.
- You sweat the details: you naturally get in the weeds and push projects to be better.
