Director of Digital Media Buying & Marketing
you’ll be the foremost expert on paid media. By staying up to date on the latest platform-specific updates as well as new advancements and technology within the advertising space, you will keep KIDZ BOP on the forefront of paid media innovation. You will manage the label’s first-party data and develop strategies to effectively reach our audiences. The position reports to and works under the general supervision of the Vice President of Marketing.Responsibilities
What you’ll do:Lead paid media campaign planning and execution globally including defining KPIs, managing and tracking seven-figure annual budget allocation, result measurement, and reportingWork closely with Concord Data and Stream teams to evaluate campaign performance in real time, optimize results and drive revenueCoordinate deployment of multiple – sometimes concurrent – campaigns, ensuring all assets, copy and targeting is optimized to platform and goalsLead CRM, SEO and data strategiesSupport VP of marketing on business development projects related to OTT and gamingDiscover and internally communicate upfronts/newfronts learnings and other new advancements and technology in the paid media, gaming and social spaceSurface and present media opportunities to executive teamOwn relationships with external agency partners. Continuously evaluate agency performance, monitor ROI, and recommend adjustments to executive teamEvaluate and advise media sales teams for partnerships and applicationsQualifications
What you’ll need:7+ years of experience in a media buying role at an agency or music companyExperience building and running digital advertising campaigns that drive streamsExperience building and running digital advertising campaigns that drive sales (physical music formats, concert tickets, merch)Knowledge of regulations related to marketing and advertising to childrenFamiliarity with children’s media landscape including gaming, film, television, music, internet and experientialDeep understanding of Facebook/Instagram Business Manager and Ads ManagerDeep understanding of Google Ad Manager, specifically pertaining to YouTube and Google Search ad campaignsUnderstanding of TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, Amazon Ads, Spotify Ad Studio, Pinterest AdsKnowledge of display advertising, OTT pre-roll advertising, OOH advertising, podcast advertisingCRM experience, including data capture, email marketing, and SMS marketingAbility to find, comprehend, and explain new paid media advancements and technologyStrong existing relationships in the advertising spaceWillingness to get “into the weeds”Exceptional data analysis skillsExcellent communication skillsExcellent relationship management skillsExcellent attention to detailSalary Range: $80,000 - 100,000*This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days minimum on-site.At Concord, we offer comprehensive medical and wellness benefits, generous time off, parental leave, charity match, paid time off for volunteering, and other fun company perks.
